What is new on “NEW NORMAL” STATUS
It's been six (6) months that our country the Philippines is experiencing the Coronavirus Diseases( COVID 19) Pandemic. Since March 15, 2020, it was declared a lockdown at Luzon-wide and placed under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and our town was included on this ECQ. Two months after our town was lifted on the lockdown and was undergone the General Community Quarantine (GCQ) status and now in New Normal Status.
It’s been a month that our community was fighting for the CORONA VIRUS DISEASES 2019 (CODID 19) PANDEMIC. But Yes our town…We are now on NEW NORMAL STATUS.
Under this new Normal status, it means that it can never be the same as before. Our community will strictly follow Health Protocol as a part of our Day-to-Day lives. Rules and regulations to be follows such as the mandatory wearing of face mask and face shield, observance of social distancing, prohibition of mass gathering, hand and foot sanitation when entering an establishment, the prohibition of person ages 20 years old and below and 60 years old and above to go out of their residence, Implementation of curfew hours from 9:00 in the evening to 5:00 in the morning and Travel Permit is required to travel outside the province.
Even in school, the opening of classes for the school year 2020-2021 was suspended and will resume tentatively on months of October 2020 other private schools started their classes last August 2020 on Distance Learning Modality or the so-called “Home School”.
The NEW NORMAL STATUS means “New habits” there are new rules and protocol to be follow…Changes is expected. NOT “BACK TO NORMAL SITUATION” as we usually do before. It also means that everyone must be responsible, as our country now continue to experience this pandemic. Self-discipline is encouraged to prevent the spread of this virus in order to save lives. So Good luck with our new normal habits as we fight for this pandemic while continuing our daily lives adapting all the health measures to prevent this disease.
