Marriage: It's Purpose(#004)


I am thinking about why People Marry?. Then of course it’s because two person love each other so they agreed to marrying each other. That the basic reason why people marry. Two person agreed to entered into contract to love each other.But what is the meaning of Marriage by the way. In Merriam dictionary Marriage is define as the state of being united s spouses in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law.
It is a lifetime contract of a relationship to each other and since it was covered by law recognizing a marriage, it is all in one package responsibility to each other and to their children to be as stated under the law.




Marriage is also like a mirror, what the mirror see it show the reflection.  If you stand in-front of the mirror smiling the mirror shows you that you are smiling. In marriage what your spouse feels in you it will be your spouse feelings on you too. Your behavior towards each other will reflect on your marriage. 

 Marriage is an event to celebrate by two person as they bide each other to love one another.
That is why I am so proud and happy that my sister Jorie found her love to Edsel and finally they get married recently. It was December 20, 2018 that they exchange vows to each other as they say I DO to each other in their wedding ceremony in the Catholic Church of St. Therese the Avila Parish Church in San Vicente, Baao, Camarines Sur Philippines… Best Wishes to newly wed Jorie and Edsel as the day begin for them to become one. I think that the reason why they got married to experience the purpose of marriage. 








 I hope this blog will do those planning to get married soon… I want them to know the Beautiful purpose of Marriage… and those singles,  I hope someday they find someone to love and ended on marrying so they will experience  the purpose of marriage.

The purpose of marriage is to have:
1.  To have Companion. People marry to have companion in life until they grow old. imagine a life alone how sad it was. It is important that couple understand each other on their like and dislikes in life respect each other. Couple is best friend.
2. To Enjoy Life. Marriage is precious and couple must enjoy their life with each other shares each other love and affection. The magic feeling of being happy and asking yourself your happy because you are with someone you love is a real reason to enjoy life. Imagine if you marry someone you don’t love your life is in hell.
3. To Complete your life.  In the Bible  its said that God designed Eve(The woman) to complete  which was lacking in Adam’s life. “And Adam said, …She shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man”. In the other hand since nowadays we encounter same sex marriage well they are also human being that also have the right to be love and to be happy and they want to complete their lives so its also they rights. As my opinion they were also human beings so the rights must be equal, however subject on the laws of a certain country.   
4. To have a family. Procreation is the reason of marriage. To have children to raise. However if a couple do not have the capacity to bear a child, they can  also form to have a family with their family or relative. They can also adopt a child and be happy of it as a family.  
5. To protect each other. A husband is to protect his wife and a wife is to protect the interests of her home and as Parent to protect their children. When you were in danger and need help you have spouse to depend on.
